At Joy Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service or drop it off at one of our authorized collection points.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
